Terms of service

1. Service

Algiz drafts Visa CE 3.0-compliant chargeback evidence for Shopify merchants on Shopify Payments. The merchant approves each draft before submission. Algiz does not auto-submit, modify orders, or issue refunds.

2. Pricing & billing

Algiz costs $9 per month plus a 12% recovery fee on disputes the merchant wins. The recovery fee is charged only when funds are returned to the merchant by the acquirer. [REPLACE WITH BILLING CADENCE, INVOICING METHOD, CURRENCY HANDLING.]

3. Refund policy

4. Acceptable use

Algiz may not be used to submit fraudulent evidence, contest chargebacks the merchant knows to be valid, or in violation of Shopify, Visa, or Mastercard rules. Misuse is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5. Limitation of liability

Algiz provides evidence drafting tooling. The merchant is solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and submitting evidence. [REPLACE WITH SPECIFIC LIABILITY CAP — typically limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.] Algiz does not guarantee any specific win rate or recovery outcome.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, Algiz revokes Shopify API access and deletes merchant data within 30 days, except for records required to honor in-flight disputes or legal retention obligations.

7. Governing law
