1. What we collect

When you install Algiz on your Shopify store, we receive Shopify Admin API tokens limited to the scopes required for chargeback evidence assembly: read access to orders, fulfillments, customers, and shipping data. We do not receive payment card data, bank account information, or store credentials.

2. How we use it

Order, fulfillment, and customer data is used solely to assemble Visa CE 3.0-compliant evidence packets in response to chargebacks initiated against your store. Evidence is drafted, presented to you for approval, and submitted to your acquirer (Shopify Payments) only with your explicit consent.

3. What we don't do

We do not modify orders, issue refunds, charge customers, or take any action on your store outside of submitting dispute evidence on your behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting jakub@jpozarycki.com. If you uninstall Algiz from your Shopify store, all your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.
